Management Coordinator

Management Coordinator Job Description: Greystar, a national apartment management company and industry leader, has a great opportunity for an experienced Management Coordinator to join our team. 3-5 yrs experience in an Administrative position in a multi-family environment is preferred.  We offer competitive pay and benefits, as well as opportunity for advancement.   EOE

Job Requirements:
*Financial reports sent to owners monthly
*Quarterly reports produced at owner, Regional Property Manager, or Managing Director request
*Proof reading reports
* Filing paper work in timely manner at request of reporting Regional Property Manager
*Arrange travel for regional property managers
*Submit Regional Property Manager’s expenses weekly
*Internal/External communication with vendors, properties, owners
*Time management
*Organization – neat work space
*Smart thinking – identify what is priority and what is not
*Relieve receptionist as needed – ShorTel Phones
*Taking property related classes at Greystar University
*Completing necessary LMS courses
*Learning and implementing Greystar 6 Pillars of Excellence
*Attend monthly Business Meetings
*Keep daily calendar of tasks and deadlines
*Cross train in other departments of Greystar

Minimum Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
 *Proficiency in Excel – basic of navigation in Excel, knowledge of formulas, graphs is a plus
 *Proficiency in Word – basic of navigation in Word
 *Typing – 30 to 50 words per minute
*Ten Key Educational Requirement: A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
